Cancelation policy
For tour coordination / study & inspection tour coordination / support plan / optional services
If canceling after confirmation, cancelation fee is as follows:
Up to 7days (NY time) before reservation date, 50% of total fee,
Within 6 days (NY time) 100% of total fee.
(Bank fee will be charged to client)
Cancelation fees also apply to changes of date by clients, and if we are fully booked on the desired date.
