Before, it was famous as gorgeous restaurant for celebrities, but went bankrupt in 2009. It opened again in 2014 by new owner as casual restaurant/bar. Food is ok. It might be good idea to have drink after walk in central park, but my recommendation is Friday night. There is live jazz band and swing dancers enjoy dancing in front of stage. Dinner cruises are expensive and the food is not very good.  Also, cruises that last a long time can get boring.  That’s why I recommend a 90 minute cruise without dinner. It’s best to get your tickets in advance since these cruises frequently sell out. Alcohol is served onboard so you can enjoy the scenery with a cold beer.
